Residential artificial grass FAQs

  • Is artificial grass safe for children and pets?

Absolutely it is! Children and pets alike love our soft, plush, and durable artificial grass products. You can have peace of mind in that Grizzly Turf & Pavers products do not contain any harmful traces of lead or other chemicals.

  • How easy is it to clean up after my pet on synthetic grass?

Easy as can be! All you have to do is pick up any leavings and give the area a quick rinse once a week to flush it. Avoid over-saturating the area with water as it can have the opposite effect.

  • Can weeds grow underneath turf?

While no company can guarantee the absolute prevention of weeds beneath turf, Grizzly Turf & Pavers does more to prevent it than any other company. We take a (4) step approach that greatly reduces the likelihood of weed growth/infestation. In the rare event that you do spot a weed on your turf, you can pluck it out and use most herbicides without damage the turf.

  • Does artificial grass melt?

Melting is extremely uncommon and typically the result of direct exposure to temperatures above 200 degrees. The most common causes are from sun magnification due to double-paned windows and gas power landscapers tools resting on the turf while operational.
