Does Grizzly Outdoor offer a warranty on artificial turf?
Yes! Your Grizzly Outdoor synthetic landscape grass products are backed by Synthetic Grass Warehouse’s industry-leading 15-year manufacturer’s warranty that protects against defects, premature wear, and major fading from the sun. This includes full coverage for the first 10 years with partial coverage through year 15! All of our putting green products have up to an 8-year warranty with full coverage.
If a warranty-covered issue arises, we’ll repair, replace, or provide credit toward new turf. Normal wear and tear, installation issues, damage from misuse, or melting from reflective surfaces aren’t covered. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Does artificial grass melt?
Melting is extremely uncommon and typically the result of direct exposure to temperatures above 200 degrees. The most common causes are from sun magnification due to double-paned windows and gas power landscapers tools resting on the turf while operational.
